Cant memorize new words, no caps lock key,

I just switched to iphone. Dont mind paying for this app. I love that I can do this with one hand, but!
There is no capitalization button. When you start a sentence it automatically does it, good, but I would like to use caps on all letters. (like right now to emphasize my point).You gotta use the iPhone other key board.
When doing manual becuse (I like to use acronyms) it doesnt retain or memorize what I typed in the past using the exact Keys, wont even show up on suggestions bar. Please fix!
